Ufuk Çağlar
Captain
Ufuk originates from Istanbul and has been a sailor for over 20 years, first as a deck hand, then qualifying as a captain in 2016. He has a great knowledge of all aspects of yachting, from his time working onboard motor yachts in Turkey, Greece and Italy and as a charter yacht captain.
In his spare time Ufuk enjoys working on and riding Enduro motorbikes.
He speaks Turkish, English and German.

Ayten Sevinç
Chef / Stewardess
Ayten was born in Samsun, on the Northern coast of Turkey. She has been working on yachts as stewardess, deckhand and more recently as chef for over 20 years, both in Turkey and the wider Mediterranean. Specializing in Mediterranean and Aegean cuisine, Ayten enjoys using fresh and seasonal products to combine her love of the sea with her passion for cooking. In her free time Ayten enjoys diving and has the PADI open water diving certificate.
Ayten speaks English and Turkish.
