Captain - Ben Bowring
Ben's passion for all things yachts, ocean and hospitality was sparked from a young age, sailing in the Mediterranean with his family. Since then, he has worked in many sectors of the industry; As an instructor of the Yachtmaster syllabus to professional sailors, Charter Captain in the Caribbean and Flotilla Captain in the Mediterranean. His passion for sailing also led to competing in offshore races as part of the royal ocean racing club (RORC) including the Rolex Fastnet.

Chef/ Stew Meg Carter
With four seasons of experience as both a sole chef and sous chef, Meg brings a strong foundation and genuine passion to every charter. Her background in Food Science informs Meg’s approach in the galley, combining creativity with a deep interest and understanding of ingredients and flavour.

Meg is highly organised to reduce waste as much as possible.

Outside of the galley, Meg is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active and embarking on new adventures.
