Born & raised in the sunshine state of Florida, Carolyn always knew she was destined for the water. After graduating college, she found her first deckhand job on a sight-seeing charter and cruise boat. Two years of experience down, she is proficient in deck operations, tender handling, and water sports. With 200+ logged dives and a love for scuba diving, she thrives in adventure-driven charters, guiding guests through unforgettable underwater experiences. Carolyn is dedicated to keeping both the yacht and its excursions running flawlessly. She is eager to grow her career on board REAL SUMMERTIME.

ENGINEER- JOSE PENA- COLOMBIAN
José is an experienced Marine Yacht Engineer originally from Colombia, bringing over 15 years of hands-on expertise to the yachting industry. Since beginning his career in 2009, he has worked on a diverse range of private and charter vessels, earning a reputation for strong technical knowledge, reliability, and a proactive work ethic. Over the years, he has progressed from Second Engineer to Chief Engineer and is recognized for his adaptability, calm problem-solving skills, and ability to meet the demands of any vessel or itinerary.

Beyond engineering, José leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. He enjoys diving, fishing, surfing, photography, chess, tae-kwon-do, and exploring new destinations by boat or drone. His passion for these pursuits has led him to participate in various competitions, where he has received honorable mention recognition for his achievements.

DECKHAND- ELLIE CORPORON- AMERICAN
Hailing from Denver, Colorado, Ellie is a spirited and seasoned deckhand with a passion for life on the water. Her yachting career spans both the Mediterranean and the U.S. East Coast, where she’s worked on vessels ranging from sleek 50-foot day charters to 110-foot luxury yachts. Whether navigating the Erie Canal or supporting charters in the Bahamas, Ellie brings energy, precision, and a warm presence to every crew.

Off the yacht, Ellie’s love for adventure continues—she’s an avid scuba diver, swimmer, and hiker. She’s also a podcast enthusiast and music lover, always up for discovering something new. Easygoing and enthusiastic, Ellie thrives in dynamic environments and is always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh.

CHIEF STEWARDESS- YELI LEON- VENEZUELAN
Born and raised in Venezuela, Yeli has 5 years of experience in the yachting industry. She is hardworking, enthusiastic, and organized. Whether she's orchestrating theme nights, bringing a 5-star experience to the table, or keeping the interior sparkly clean, Yeli approaches each charter with a smile on her face. When Yeli is not ensuring guests are having a grand time, she enjoys staying active reading her favorite books and listening to her favorite music.

2ND STEWARDESS- BIANCA CHAO- AMERICAN
Bianca is a warm, upbeat stewardess who brings a fresh energy to every charter. With a background in hospitality and a love for creating memorable guest experiences, she’s all about the little details that make people feel at home.

Before joining the yachting world, Bianca worked in fast-paced restaurants and boutique retail, where she honed her skills in service, organization, and guest care. She’s also a certified yoga instructor, so don’t be surprised if she’s leading a sunrise flow or helping guests unwind after a long day on the water.

When she’s not working, Bianca loves practicing yoga, exploring new places, and connecting with people from all walks of life. She’s easygoing, thoughtful, and always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed

CHEF- OZEAS MENDES- BRAZILIAN
Born and raised in Brazil, Chef Ozeas brings over 20 years of global yachting and culinary experience to the charter world. Having worked as Head Chef on prestigious private and charter yachts—including M/Y Fortitude, M/Y Island Heiress, M/Y Grade 1, M/Y Second Love, M/Y Cherish II, and many others. He has mastered international cuisine with a focus on fresh, healthy, high‑end dishes.

His career has taken him across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Pacific, and beyond, cooking for VIP guests, managing provisioning in remote locations, and delivering memorable dining experiences at sea. Trained at renowned culinary institutions such as Cordon Bleu and the International Gastronomy School, he combines classical technique with creativity and a deep passion for flavor.

Off duty, Ozeas is an adventurer at heart. He loves exploring new cultures, staying active, and drawing inspiration from the places he travels, fueling the vibrant, globally influenced dishes he's known for.
