Since 2022, she has worked as a yacht chef in both the Mediterranean and the British Virgin Islands, drawing inspiration from each destination, to craft vibrant gourmet dishes. Nicole’s sunny personality makes her a joy to be around and her creative spirit shines through in her cuisine. When they’re not delighting guests, Giacomo and Nicole share a love for outdoor adventure.
