We are Hana and Toni, a professional skipper and hostess team with two years of experience working together as crew on charter yachts.
Working side by side has allowed us to develop a strong understanding of each other’s roles and create a smooth, efficient and professional onboard experience for our guests. We are reliable, hardworking and highly adaptable, with a genuine passion for hospitality, sailing and delivering memorable charter experiences.Toni brings strong skipper experience, excellent boat handling and a calm, responsible approach to life on board. Hana specialises in guest service, hospitality, provisioning, menu planning and the day-to-day organisation of the interior and crew operations.
We work well as a team, communicate naturally and understand the importance of maintaining a professional, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere on board.
