His deep-rooted knowledge of Greek waters, combined with outstanding navigational skills, makes him an exceptional guide and leader at sea.

In 2025, Stavros expanded his expertise to the yachting industry, quickly adapting his skills to the unique demands of charter life, including personalized meal planning, efficient provisioning, and delivering exceptional dining experiences at sea. Passionate about fresh ingredients, seasonal produce, and beautifully presented dishes, he excels in creating memorable meals that enhance every onboard moment.
