Captain Ioannis Ioannou is a Greek Master Mariner (Captain Class A’) with over 15 years of seagoing experience, having progressed through the ranks from Deck Cadet to Master. He most recently commanded M/V Aegean Odyssey and has built extensive experience across cruise vessels and commercial fleets. His background in passenger operations has given him a strong understanding of safety, operational efficiency, and schedule reliability, while always ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience on board. Known for his calm and professional leadership style, he focuses on strong teamwork and high standards of service to deliver exceptional charter experiences. Outside of his professional life, Captain Ioannis enjoys an active and creative lifestyle.
His hobbies include swimming, walking, cycling, basketball, as well as painting.

Chief engineer - Panagiotis Bachoumis
Panagiotis is BELLINI's highly accomplished Chief Engineer. A dependable and hands-on Engineer with a strong technical background and a practical, solutions-focused approach. He is experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting modern engine room systems, including propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient yacht operations. With a solid understanding of safety procedures and regulatory
compliance, he supports high standards onboard at all times. Known for his reliability, adaptability, and calm attitude under pressure, he integrates well within a team and is well suited. Consistently contributing to a seamless onboard experience so guests can
enjoy a safe and comfortable journey.

Chef - George Manousou
Chef George is a highly experienced with over 20 years in private and charter motor yachts, specializing in refined Mediterranean and international cuisine. Passionate about creating bespoke dining experiences using fresh, premium ingredients, with a strong focus on presentation, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Calm, professional, and discreet, with proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and organization. Extensive sea experience combined with strong teamwork skills ensures smooth galley operations and a positive onboard atmosphere. Trained in professional culinary arts with additional expertise in pastry, and supported by full maritime certifications including Captain Class A, sailing, and advanced safety training. Fluent in English and highly adaptable to the demands of luxury yachting.

Steward - Anastasios Zagklis
Anastasios is the latest addition to the team BELLINI's team, bringing a strong background in hospitality with expertise in fine dining service, beverage preparation, and maintaining high operational standards. With experience at prestigious venues in Santorini and in Mykonos, he contributes to delivering seamless and personalized guest experiences. Passionate about supporting exceptional service, Anastasios is known for his attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment. With a warm and professional approach, he plays a key role in ensuring every guest experience is smooth and memorable, while continuously striving to grow within the hospitality industry.

Deckhand - Tharsan Tharmalingam
With over two decades of dedicated service aboard BELLINI, Tharsan is the heart and soul of the yacht. His in-depth knowledge of the vessel’s intricacies ensures smooth and efficient operations. Fluent in both English and Greek, he effectively bridges communication between guests and crew. Holding a speed boat license, Tharsan expertly manages tender operations, ensuring smooth and safe guest transfers. His ever-present smile and patient demeanor make him particularly adept at engaging with children and orchestrating their onboard activities, enhancing the overall family-friendly atmosphere.
